Made by the Bertarelli family in Maremma on Tuscany’s southern coast, Castello ColleMassari I.G.P. is one of the finest expressions of extra virgin olive oil, and in particular Tuscan olive oil. Our founder Rolando is lucky to collaborate with ColleMassari in creating a blend specially for Manicaretti: Frantoio, Leccino, and Olivastra Seggianese. The oil is elegant and round, with a nutty aroma and distinct artichoke flavor. This brilliant olive oil is Tuscan’s history and future in a bottle—the organic Olivastra Seggianese olives come from six incredible trees that are over 1,000 years old!
