These delicate, crisp biscotti al burro are made using organic, fresh hazelnuts cultivated in the area of the Monti Nebrodi near Messina. The delicate nutty flavor and rich fragrance of the Sicilian hazelnuts complements the sweet, wafer-thin pastry.
