2022 Harvest Tasting Notes
This year’s harvest is crafted from two Sicilian cultivars—Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla—by Salvatore Cutrera in his state-of-the-art frantoio. A medium intensity-oil with a green and fruity nose, and food-friendly flavors like tomato, tomato leaf, and thyme. It has a subtle bitterness and finishes with a lingering pepperiness.
