2025 Harvest Notes
Olio Verde was the first Sicilian olive oil made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives. This classic oil opens with the aroma of ripe tomatoes, as if you’ve just opened a jar of tomato passata. In the mouth, it is unctuous, velvety, and very well-balanced, with medium fruitiness and spiciness in total harmony. It has a mild, soft nuttiness, and a hint of white pepper that amuses the palate.
