- 1 Rustichella d’Abruzzo Wooden Fork
For Rustichella d’Abruzzo, making pasta is an art and a century-long family heritage. Since 1924 in the heart of Abruzzo, Italy, the Peduzzi family has upheld the traditions of artisanal pasta production. Rustichella d’Abruzzo pasta is crafted in small batches using top-quality flours blended with pure Apennine Mountain spring water. The pasta is extruded through bronze dies for a rustic texture that holds sauce beautifully and slowly dried at low temperatures to further develop flavor. The result is an incredibly delicious pasta that cooks to perfectly al dente every time. As the fourth generation joins the company, the Peduzzi family continues to marry traditional craftsmanship with pioneering innovation and cutting-edge technology in order to share the distinctive taste of Abruzzese pasta with the world.
