Sapori Divini California Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Produced By: Sapori Divini
in California, United States
Sapori Divini California Blend is your best friend in the kitchen. Each harvest, Manicaretti collaborates with an expert miller in California to create an exceptional extra virgin olive oil—liquid gold grown, pressed, and bottled in the Golden State. The 2025 Harvest is a proprietary blend crafted exclusively for Manicaretti by Pablo Voitzuk, an award-winning master miller, expert olive oil taster, and consultant.
2025 Harvest Tasting Notes
Made from olives organically grown on Windmill Farm in Woodland, California, the 2025 Harvest combines early harvest Picual with Ascolano for a bolder blend.
The aroma opens with a vivid green profile—freshly-cut grass and herbaceous notes layered with pronounced green tomato. On the palate, the oil shows complexity and clarity: tomato leaf, mint, and artichoke unfold into a clean, persistent bitterness. A high phenolic content gives the oil both character and longevity.
Vibrant and intensely aromatic oil, Sapori Divini California Blend is great for sautéing, frying, or finishing. For the professional chef and for the home cook. Ideal for making aioli or Caesar dressing; enlivening simple vegetables like sautéed spinach, steamed broccoli, and roasted zucchini; drizzling over burrata, ricotta ravioli, or pasta with asparagus and bacon; accenting scallops and fish crudo; or pouring over any dish featuring fresh, ripe tomatoes.
