Scialatielli is one of the newest addition to the Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta selection. Very typical of the Napoli area, this flat durum wheat pasta is half as long as spaghetti and has an almost square cross-section.

Traditionally served with very simple tomato sauce and fresh basil.
