It feels sacrilegious to cook with this incredible olive oil. Almost a sin, since it's so good. Use Titone to dress simple preparations of greens or vegetables, along with a few drops of lemon juice and sea salt from Trapani. If you serve pasta in the Sicilian tradition, with anchovies and fennel, drizzle this olive oil on top at the table.

This extra virgin olive oil is pure perfection, well-rounded with many layers of aroma—green grass, tomato leaf and artichoke. The taste is brilliant—decidedly herbaceous, with notes of arugula, artichoke, and green almond punctuated by bright green tomato. Peppery and bitter—screaming of polyphenols—it lingers on your lips to the back of your palate. We cannot overpraise Antonella Titone’s masterful blend. Every detail was tended to with obsessive attention, and the result is an intoxicating delight.
