This classic Tuscan extra virgin olive oil blends four olive varietals—Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino. Beatrice Contini Bonacossi describes her 2018 Harvest: “The oil has balanced aromas of artichokes and freshly cut grass.
