Acetaia Leonardi's Francobolli Series (francobolli means "postage stamps") is a selection of three I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegars and a Condimento Balsamico Bianco. With attractive labels that look like vintage postage stamps, this range of vinegars satisfies every balsamic need in the kitchen. Adhering to I.G.P. regulations, Acetaia Leonardi identifies the age and viscosity of their vinegars with a proprietary symbol—coins—with each coin representing approximately 2 years of aging.

Leonardi's Sigillo Rosso is a careful blend of cooked grape must and high quality wine vinegar. Enjoy aromas of fresh raspberries and a lively acidic finish. 

Use for all types of salads, dressings, and marinades. Deglaze any roasting pan and brush onto grilled meats. Perfect poured on peak-season tomatoes.
