Il Pregiato (the precious one) is the Leonardi's family selection from a batteria with a minimum 10 travasi (topping up).
Aromatic notes of dried raisins and caramel with a velvety texture. Add to beautifully composed salads that include walnuts, pecans or almonds so the vinegar's oaky notes complement the toasty nut flavors. Ideal to enliven grilled mushrooms served with meat, or to splash on top of a simple sautéed chicken breast during the last minute of cooking. Add a new twist to a Bloody Mary.
