Acetaia Leonardi's Francobolli Series (francobolli means "postage stamps") is a selection of three I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegars and a Condimento Balsamico Bianco. With attractive labels that look like vintage postage stamps, this range of vinegars satisfies every balsamic need in the kitchen. Adhering to I.G.P. regulations, Acetaia Leonardi identifies the age and viscosity of their vinegars with a proprietary symbol—coins—with each coin representing approximately 2 years of aging.

Leonardi's Sigillo Oro is a careful blend of very dense cooked grape must and high quality wine vinegar. This vinegar is lightly pungent with aromas of oak and cherry with a long, bright, sweet finish.

Drizzle over prosciutto and figs, sliced figs with gorgonzola and walnuts, or any salumi platter. Ideal over a tuna or beef tartare. Drizzle over thinly sliced roast beef or pork roast. Perfect over baked apples, stone fruit, cheese cake, gelato and panna cotta.
