The "pinnacle" of Balsamic Vinegars, with extraordinary traditional sweetness and inimitable roundess in perfect proportions. 

Very shiny brown, almost purple in color and full of warm light. Dense, with a fluid and syrup-like consistency. Notes of caramel, oak, and toast on the nose with a complex and unmistakable acidic undertone. Its rich dark caramel sweetness is accented with potent bursts of dried fruit, figs, and cherry on the palate.

Drizzle at the end of cooking preparations or when removing food from the flame in order to flavor the dish, but not long enough for it to lose its extraordinary aroma and complexity of flavor.
