Made from top-quality durum wheat semolina and a high percentage of fresh, free range eggs (six to seven eggs per two pounds of flour!), Rustichella d'Abruzzo Egg Pasta is extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried at low-temperatures. This restaurant-quality pasta has the vibrant, golden yellow color so characteristic of freshly made pasta served in Italy, as well as a soft supple bite.

Egg Fusilloni Giganti are an oversized version of the popular fusilli (corkscrew) shape. Three times the size of regular fusilli, this gigantic pasta piles beautifully on a plate making it ideal for restaurant menus.

Its helix shape is perfect for holding hearty sauces such as ragù or creating a delectable baked mac 'n' cheese. Whether tossed with spring vegetables and pancetta or sautéed mushrooms and squash, this rich egg pasta is sure to delight any discerning palate.
