Riccia (also known as Mafaldine or Mafalde), meaning "curly" in Italian, is a flat pasta shape similar to a lasagna ribbon, but thinner and with curly edges.
Serve with hearty meat or game ragù, tuna sauce, or make a fun spin on Cacio e Pepe.
