Conchiglioni
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water
Large seashells with a ridged outside and a smooth cup, mostly used for stuffing.
Par-boil for 4 minutes and stuff with ricotta and chopped walnuts, then bake with tomato sauce and Parmigiano.
Cooking Time: 11-14 minutes.
