Antico Forno Santi

Baker Leonardo Santi has been preparing traditional Tuscan cookies for almost 40 years. After getting his start in 1964, he eventually opened Antico Forno Santi in 1970 in Prato, near Florence.  The passion and creativity for authentic ingredients is still seen today in Antico Forno Santi's delicious cookies.

Cantucci with Almonds: 

Similar to biscotti but not twice-baked and therefore, softer.  These traditional cookies are made with eggs, sugar, flour, almonds, and vanilla.  This traditional sweet is generally served with Tuscan Vin Santo. 200 gr

Cantucci with Apricots:

Same as above, with the addition of aromatic, moist apricots.  200 gr

Cantucci with Chocolate:

Like the almond cantucci, but with large, delicious chunks of dark chocolate instead of the almonds.  Typically enjoyed with coffee.  200 gr

Cantucci with Figs:

Same as above, but including sliced figs.  200 gr
